Big News: Sentrum Wellness Is Moving to Matthews!

We've been dreaming about this one for a while, and it's finally happening. In March 2027, Sentrum Wellness is moving into a bigger, better home in Matthews, NC.

This isn't just a change of address. We're building a space where you can get adjusted, rebuild strength and recover, all under one roof. Here's what's coming:

A Dedicated Rehab & Performance Gym

A full rehab gym with a squat rack, free weights, treadmill, rower, assault bike, cycling bike and a turf lane for movement work. Your care won't stop when the adjustment does. We'll help you build the strength and mobility to stay out of pain for good. We will also be offering 1-on-1 programming for our patients, built around your goals and your recovery.

Private Infrared Sauna Suite

Two private, high-end infrared saunas with full-spectrum and red light therapy. Great for recovery, relaxation and loosening up before or after your visit.

A New Doctor Joining the Team

We're adding another chiropractor, which means more appointment times and less waiting to get in.

More Room for the Care You Already Love

More space for adjustments, shockwave therapy, massage therapy with Annebella, and our full new patient workup with x-rays, thermography and body composition scans.

What stays the same? The same team, the same personal attention, and the same membership plans. Your care won't miss a beat. We'll stay open at our current Park Cedar location until the move, and we'll keep you posted on the exact dates.
